Since my boyfriend died a little over a year ago I have put on a significant amount of weight. I have gained about 45 pounds in my time of grief. But I have come to the realization that it is time to take action and do something about it. After skimming over the key points of the website I was very interested and wanted to learn more about this weight loss program.
This is going to be a big step for me and I don’t know what direction it will take me but something has to be done. If I keep ignoring the problem I suspect I will eventually become morbidly obese. I definitely don’t want that to happen. I am also going to start attending some sort of grief counseling. I think the counseling coupled with a sensible diet plan will put me on the right track to getting my old self back. That is something I desperately want and need so it is time for me to take action and look further into this diet plan.

And the best part is that you are allowed six meals and snacks each day. The reviews say the meals are tasty and will fill you up. Some people have even seen results after only being on this diet for a couple of days. This all sounds really good to me and I think I want to give it a try. I’ll keep you all posted on how it goes.
